A helpful one misleads him, tricks him. He falls, has an accident into the trap, into the trap of the beastly one, the stupid one, the booby.

Ein Hilfreicher führt ihn irre, betrügt ihn. Er stürzt, verunglückt in die Falle, in die Falle des Gemeinen, des Dummen, des Tölpels.
Die anderen, Sehenden hasten voran. Anscheinend erkennen sie ihren Weg. Stoßen sie nicht an? stürzen sie nicht auf dem Weg? Verunglücken Sie nicht in der Falle des Gemeinen, des Dummen, des Tölpels? Trotzdem habt Spass an der Parabel vom Blinden auf seinem Weg und an deren Illustration,
